In Artieda, next to the Romanesque Church of San Martín de Tours (S XII), there is the tower, which is a representative piece of work to show an exhibition of the culture and history of this town.

The building consists of four floors of approximately 24 m² each, in addition to the bell tower – viewpoint, connected by a spiral staircase in stone attached to the tower. In all of them, the musealization explain some of the most identifying points of Artieda, such as the struggle against the Yesa dam and the Roman remains.
